MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — November 22, 2013 — Based on its recent analysis of the fleet maintenance market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Decisiv, Inc. with the 2013 North American Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Value Leadership. Decisiv has identified the need for streamlined communication and more effective collaboration in the fleet maintenance ecosystem. In line with these requirements, the company developed a Service Relationship Management (SRM) software platform that manages and measures complex service and repair events for high-value assets in trucking, construction and industrial power.

By bringing all contents such as documentation, contacts, and communication on a single platform, Decisiv’s solution eliminates the need for manual data entry and phone tag. The platform manages the entire process and communication of scheduled or breakdown events, check-ins, inspections, estimates, approvals, work complete notifications, and asset pickup through a shared view portal. These features reduce capital and operational expenditures, invoice mismatches, and ensure standardized operations. Most importantly, Decisiv gives visibility and financial control over service events as they happen.

Decisiv’s recent growth includes a 75 percent jump in revenue and an increase in the number of fleets and assets on its SRM platform of over 150 percent. It currently has about 330,000 assets, translating to 750 fleets and 900 service providers on its platform.
